كيفية طلب حذف الحساب

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك بإحدى الطرق التالية:

من داخل التطبيق:
انتقل إلى إعدادات الحساب
اختر حذف الحساب
اتبع خطوات التأكيد
عبر البريد الإلكتروني:
أرسل طلبًا إلى: support@rawabit.online
بعنوان: طلب حذف حساب
مع تضمين البريد الإلكتروني واسم المستخدم المرتبط بالحساب

ماذا يحدث بعد طلب الحذف

بعد استلام الطلب:

سيتم حذف الحساب نهائيًا خلال 7 أيام عمل
سيتم فقدان الوصول إلى:
سجل الطلبات
العناوين المحفوظة
قائمة المفضلة
بيانات تسجيل الدخول

البيانات التي سيتم حذفها

سنقوم بحذف:

المعلومات الشخصية (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف)
بيانات الحساب
سجل الطلبات
بيانات استخدام التطبيق المرتبطة بالحساب

البيانات التي قد نحتفظ بها

قد نحتفظ ببعض البيانات لأسباب قانونية أو تشغيلية، مثل:

سجلات المعاملات (لأغراض الامتثال المالي والقانوني)
بيانات منع الاحتيال وحل النزاعات

يتم الاحتفاظ بهذه البيانات بشكل آمن ووفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الكويت.

ملاحظات هامة

حذف الحساب نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه
لاستخدام التطبيق مرة أخرى، يجب إنشاء حساب جديد
يتم تنفيذ طلب الحذف بعد التحقق من ملكية الحساب

Account Deletion Request – Rawabit

At Rawabit, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request to delete your Rawabit account using one of the following methods:

From داخل التطبيق (In-App):
Go to Account Settings
Select Delete Account
Follow the confirmation steps
Via Email:
Send an email to: support@rawabit.online
Use the subject: Account Deletion Request
Include your registered email and username

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once your request is received:

Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 working days
You will lose access to:
Your order history
Saved addresses
Wishlist items
Account credentials

Data That Will Be Deleted

We will delete:

Personal information (name, email, phone number)
Account credentials
Order history
App usage data linked to your account

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for legal or operational reasons, including:

Transaction records (for financial/legal compliance)
Fraud prevention and dispute resolution data

These records will be securely stored and only retained as required by applicable laws in Kuwait.

Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
If you wish to use Rawabit again, you will need to create a new account
Deletion requests are processed only after verifying account ownership
