5. الاسترداد
- بعد الموافقة وفحص المنتج
- خلال 5–10 أيام عمل
6. الاستبدال
يتم فقط في حالة العيب أو التلف.
7. تكاليف الشحن
- خطأ من البائع: يتحملها البائع
- سبب شخصي: يتحملها العميل
8. مسؤولية البائع
البائع مسؤول عن جودة المنتج والالتزام بالسياسة.
